【イラストに関しての注意事項】
・著作権はイラストレーターが所有しています。この書面にない作品の使用・二次使用・流用・改変などは、別途使用料が発生します。
・イラストレーション納品後に、その使用が見送られた場合にも画料が発生します。ラフまでなど、制作途中であってもその進行状況に応じて代金が発生致します。
・制作物や納品データについて、制作者の事前承諾なく、生成AIの学習・訓練・解析への利用、生成AIサービスへのアップロード、画像生成・画像変換等への使用、ならびに改変・加工・二次利用を行うことを禁止いたします。
・印刷物等が仕上がりましたら、見本をイラストレーターにお渡し下さい。Webやアプリの場合は、発表日をお知らせ下さい。
・イラストレーターは、今回の仕事の画像をWebサイト、ポートフォリオ等で仕事歴として掲載することがございます。問題がある場合は、事前にお知らせ下さい。

Illustration Terms & Conditions
- Copyright
Copyright of all illustrations remains with the illustrator. Any use, reuse, adaptation, modification, reproduction, or other use of the artwork beyond the scope of this agreement is subject to additional licensing fees. - Cancellation & Payment
Illustration fees will still be charged even if the delivered artwork is ultimately not used. If a project is canceled after work has begun (including during the sketch stage), fees will be charged according to the progress of the work completed. - AI Usage Prohibited
Without the illustrator’s prior written permission, the delivered artwork and any production materials may not be used for training, fine-tuning, analyzing, or developing generative AI models. Uploading the artwork to generative AI services, using it for AI image generation or image transformation, or modifying, processing, reproducing, or reusing the artwork in connection with AI is strictly prohibited. - Complimentary Copy
Upon completion of any printed materials, please provide the illustrator with one complimentary copy. For websites, applications, or other digital media, please notify the illustrator of the publication date. - Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the illustrator reserves the right to display the completed artwork on their website, portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials as part of their professional work. If you require confidentiality or wish to restrict portfolio use, please notify the illustrator before the project begins.
